    实力是什么

    我觉得除了创新能力就是销售能力了。除此之外暂时想不到什么不能被复制的能力;慢可能还有个管理能力。
    妈说了一句话,政府暂且不说,企业需要的就是能带来利润的人,也就是能把产品或者服务卖出去的人。
    后台作流程的虽然也有啥年终奖,share scheme,可能还没有普通销售的收入多。因为利润带来的效益是最直接的。
    后台做得再好,也不过是个internal supplier, 或者说是被替代的可能性很高。
    你可以不进企业,去做研究,但是你的研究成果也是要销售出去的。
     
    好的销售或者好的创意都是不可替代的。
    管理能力如果不是以前两者为基础的,似乎也难以服众吧。
     
    于是我还是一条路走到黑,把这套销售系统自己整理一下,以及我所见到的一切现代企业管理制度。
    在国有资本依然占主导的今天,民营经济的路要怎么走,我想就是从外企学习开始吧。

    我觉得关键是要找到适合自己做的事.自己做得开心,而不一定要赚最多的钱.这很重要.
